Model Highlights

The 2020 Audi A8 comes standard with the 3.0 TFSI Quattro Tiptronic powertrain. This powertrain features a 3.0L 6-cylinder turbocharged engine producing 335 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. A 4.0 TFSI V8 is optional, boosting power to an impressive 453 horsepower, while dropping the car's 0-60 time down to a claimed 4.5 seconds. In addition, a new hybrid version is also available, pairing the 6-cylinder engine with an electric motor for a total of 443 horsepower. The S8 boosts the horsepower to 563 with 590 ft-lb of torque. All engines are paired with an 8-speed transmission while Quattro all-wheel drive makes handling and responsiveness impressive in all weather conditions. The A8 also features four selectable driving modes -- Dynamic, Comfort, Individual and Automatic -- all of which help provide the driver with the best possible ride and handling. The A8 has a luxurious interior that matches the best of both classic executive car cabins with some of the fine, almost custom-look details of bespoke ultra-luxury cars. Interior trims include matte-brushed aluminum, walnut natural wood with black inlays, Nappa leather trim, Valetta leather seats and heated 18-way power front seats. Other notable comfort and convenience features include four-zone climate control, steering wheel shift paddles, power sunshades, soft-closing doors, LED headlights and taillights and a rear view camera. Technology inside the A8 second to none, including the Audi virtual cockpit, which is a 12.3-inch LCD instrument cluster with two viewing modes. Additionally, the A8 features Navigation with voice control, configurable touchscreen dual center displays, Bang & Olufsen 3D premium sound system with 17-speakers, HD radio, SiriusXM and smartphone connectivity with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Driver assistance technology includes keyless entry, keyless start, rain sensing wipers, automatic high-beams and front/rear parking sensors. Several optional packages are available for the A8 to ensure buyers can select some of the most innovative automotive technology and features available to the market. The Executive Package offers Audi side assist, Audi pre-sense, cross traffic assistant, vehicle exit warning, 360-degree cameras, head-up display, heated and ventilated seats, dual-pane glass and chrome package. The Driver Assistance Package includes adaptive cruise control, Traffic Jam assist, Turn-assist, Predictive Energy assist, traffic signal recognition, active lane-assist and Audi pre sense 360. The Luxury Package, Rear Seat Comport Package and Rear Seat Connectivity Package offer several comfort and convenience options to the interior of the A8. The S8 features 20-inch aluminum wheels, heated and ventilated front seats with 16-way power adjustments and a massaging lumbar support, a 17-speaker sound system, navigation, and wireless connectivity. Standard safety features include a suite of airbags throughout the interior, electronic stability control, traction control, collision brake assist, anti-lock brake system, electronic brake-pressure distribution and a tire pressure monitoring system.
