A message from Sudbay Automotive Group regarding COVID-19:

SUDBAY IS OPEN, as an essential service to our customers.  Our service and collision departments are open 7:30-4:00 Monday through Friday to assist you in any way we can.  Per the Governor's orders, our sales showrooms are closed, however we are conducting business outside and by appointment.  A member of our Management Team is always available via e-mail, phone, or text to assist you with the sale or lease of new and used vehicles.  Please know that Sudbay Automotive is here to assist you with your automotive needs during this difficult time.

COVID-19 Management:

Sudbay Automotive Group is taking measures to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.  We have taken the following steps to protect everyone from the spread of COVID-19.

Please know that our dealerships and body shops are clean and sanitized. We have processes in place to keep vehicles sanitized and to minimize the amount of direct interaction between customers and employees.  Some of the protocols we have in place are detailed below:

SANITIZATION: Throughout the day, our staff is sanitizing touch points such as door handles, work surfaces, equipment and vehicles.

GREETINGS: We are encouraging less interaction between individuals and offer a drop box service for customers who wish to avoid entering the dealership.

EMPLOYEE HEALTH: We are working with a limited team, ensuring that all team members on site are following the guidance as recommended by the CDC and Governor. 

GUEST VEHICLES: Anyone coming in contact with your vehicle is using a fresh set of latex gloves and all touch points on vehicles are cleaned with Clorox wipes before return to our customers.

SERVICE DROP OFF: Our night drop box is available 24/7 in order to allow any guest who chooses to do so to drop a vehicle at any time without ever having to be in direct contact with our team.

Courtesy Vehicles: All vehicles will be properly cleaned & sanitized between uses.

Online Sales & Leasing of Vehicles: Our sales managers are working remotely, ready to assist you with all of your new and used vehicle needs.  Please click on the "Sales" link from the home page for assistance with beginning your vehicle purchase experience.
